Looking for Support for my premium points

I have paid 74.99 Canadian dollars for 5000 premium points by paypal. But I did not get them yet. And I asked my friend to transfer 10 points to me so that I can have 100 to activate premium for half month, but I did not get it too.
What is wrong with my premium? Please tell me ASAP.
